Canadian-owned by entrepreneur Chantelle Bourgeau. Chantelle began her career in the oil and gas industry after obtaining her post-secondary education in business management with a focus in organizational behaviour. Chantelle managed a transportation company in Northern British Columbia for many years, while obtaining her internal auditor certification through Trucking Safety Council of BC for the purposes of developing a health and safety management system from the ground up. Excited by the possibilities to make a difference in the safety sector, Chantelle shifted her career focus to occupational health and safety, began combining her OHS training, organizational behaviour education, and business management experience to develop health and safety systems that make sense, are adaptable and work with modern dynamic workplaces. In 2020 Chantelle became a certified safety instructor through Energy Safety Canada and continues to educate the work force on crucial safety standards and practices. In 2022 the training division expanded into the Yukon, offering a varied collection of trainings through Northern Safety Network Yukon. 

Now with a team of professionals, Act Now Consulting is driven to provide quality safety consultation, with a background of understanding the workforce from all angles.   ​
